Resident Agent Maintenance
Your LLC must maintain a resident agent with a physical Massachusetts street address for as long as the entity exists. This is not optional — if the Massachusetts Secretary of State has no valid resident agent on file, they can begin administrative dissolution proceedings.
A valid resident agent must:
